When you book your service, we’ll ask for a few details about your vehicle and the work you need. Then we confirm your appointment time and collect a small deposit to reserve your slot. On the day of service, please arrive on time or let us know if you’re running late—we strive to keep each appointment running smoothly.
For the best experience, please bring your vehicle with enough fuel, your vehicle’s lug-nut key (if applicable) and the parts you’ve purchased. Make sure there’s clear access to your vehicle if we’re coming to you. If you have any questions about part compatibility or recommended brands, feel free to call or text us ahead of time.
If you need to reschedule, kindly give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer your time slot to another customer in need.
